NixoSeal SBR

Based on modified styrene butadiene latex for high-performance waterproofing and repair applications — used for repairing spalled concrete (floors, columns, beams, chajjas, slabs) and waterproofing toilets, bathrooms & terraces. Bonds strongly to old and new concrete & plaster.

Areas of Application:

• Bond coat — plaster-to-plaster, concrete-to-concrete, tile/panel bonding, top rendering coat, roof slabs and screeds
• Waterproofing — roof terraces, sunken toilet/bathroom portions, chajjas, lift pits, balconies, staircases, external plastering
• Crack repair — plaster cracks >5mm, gaps between masonry and RCC
• Rebar coating — corrosion prevention
• Cladding — fixing bricks, tiles, stones, marble bedding
• Concrete repair mortars — polymer-modified patching/repair mortars
• Cement mortars — filling holes, reconstructing damaged areas

Packaging: 1 L / 5 L / 10 L / 20 L

Coverage: 70–80 sq.ft./kg in 2 coats (mix ratio 1:4:7 Latex:Water:Cement). For patching/repair: 5 kg SBR + up to 15 L water + 50 kg cement + 150 kg sand.
