NixoSeal Nixoflex 2K Waterproofing Chemical
An acrylic cementitious, polymer-modified elastomeric waterproofing & protective coating composed of Portland cement, graded aggregates, additives, and acrylic emulsion polymer as binder — applied to waterproof and protect concrete and masonry substrates.
Areas of Application:
- Bathrooms, kitchen sinks, balconies
- Chhajjas, canopies
- Internal sides of domestic water tanks
- Sloped roofs
- Terraces up to 100–150 m²
Surface Preparation: Mechanically remove loose particles/laitance; degrease oil/grease with solvents, wash with water jet, bring to touch-dry state
Mixing: Shake liquid to homogeneous milky colour; use heavy-duty slow-speed mixer; slowly add powder into liquid under continuous stirring until lump-free homogeneous slurry

Precautions: Mix entire quantity at once (no part-mixing); do not dilute; always add powder to liquid; avoid water exposure until fully cured
Packaging: 3 Kg – 15 Kg (2-component: 1 part polymer + 2 part powder)
Coverage: Approx. 0.6–0.75 m²/kg at 1mm thickness in 2 coats
