Mixing
Use a low-speed mechanical mixer (below 500 RPM).
Add approximately 80–90% of the required water into a clean mixing container.
Gradually add the entire 40 kg bag while continuously mixing.
Mix for at least 3 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
Add the remaining water to obtain the desired flowable or pourable consistency.
Do not over-water or re-temper partially set grout.
Water Requirement
| Consistency | Water Required |
|---|---|
| Flowable | 6.0–6.4 Litres per 40 Kg Bag |
| Pourable | 5.6 Litres per 40 Kg Bag |
Packaging
40 Kg HDPE Laminated Bag
Coverage
Approximately 1950 kg/m³ of wet grout
(Approximately 48.7 bags per cubic metre)

Surface Preparation
Concrete surface must be structurally sound, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease, curing compounds, and loose particles.
Pre-soak concrete for 2–6 hours to achieve Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition.
Remove all standing water before application.
Steel plates and anchor bolts must be clean and free from rust, oil, paint, or contaminants.
Application Method
Allow mixed grout to stand for approximately 5 minutes before pouring.
Pour continuously from one side to eliminate trapped air.
Complete placement within 15–20 minutes after mixing.
Protect freshly placed grout from rapid drying using wet curing, mist spraying, or curing compounds.
Shelf Life
12 Months
Store in unopened, sealed bags in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Precautions
Wear gloves, safety goggles, and a dust mask during mixing and application.
Avoid skin and eye contact.
Wash immediately with clean water if contact occurs.
Do not exceed the recommended water dosage.
Do not use as a general repair mortar or overlay in unconfined areas.
Dispose of waste responsibly according to local regulations.
