NixoSeal Floor Hardener

A ready-to-use mixture of cement, pigments, additives, and hard mineral aggregate, with particles specially selected for shape, grading, and mechanical performance.

Surface Preparation: Concrete slab ready when thumb pressed firmly leaves a 3–5 mm print. Slab should be at least 15 cm thick, with adequate cement content; level with vibrating beam, smooth with mechanical trowel.

Mixing: Requires 25% water by weight; mechanical stirring 2–3 minutes for lump-free consistency

Application Method: Broadcast mix evenly by hand or device

Coverage: 0.16–0.23 kg/sq.ft./mm | Layer thickness 8–15 mm per coat

Consumption: Light duty 3 kg/m² | Medium duty 4–5 kg/m² | Heavy duty 6 kg/m² (avg. 3–6 kg/m²)

Shelf Life: 6 months (sealed, covered, dry, away from extreme temperature)
