Standard Compliance

Manufactured in accordance with internationally accepted engineering grout performance requirements and tested under stringent quality control procedures.

Mixing

Use a low-speed mechanical mixer (below 500 RPM).

  • Add approximately 80–90% of the required water into a clean mixing container.

  • Gradually add the entire 40 kg bag while continuously mixing.

  • Mix for at least 3 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.

  • Add the remaining water to obtain the desired flowable or pourable consistency.

  • Do not over-water or re-temper partially set grout.

Surface Preparation

  • Concrete surface must be structurally sound, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease, curing compounds, and loose particles.

  • Pre-soak concrete for 2–6 hours to achieve Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition.

  • Remove all standing water before application.

  • Steel plates and anchor bolts must be clean and free from rust, oil, paint, or contaminants.

Application Method

  • Allow mixed grout to stand for approximately 5 minutes before pouring.

  • Pour continuously from one side to eliminate trapped air.

  • Complete placement within 15–20 minutes after mixing.

  • Protect freshly placed grout from rapid drying using wet curing, mist spraying, or curing compounds.

Shelf Life

12 Months

Store in unopened, sealed bags in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Precautions

  • Wear gloves, safety goggles, and a dust mask during mixing and application.

  • Avoid skin and eye contact.

  • Wash immediately with clean water if contact occurs.

  • Do not exceed the recommended water dosage.

  • Do not use as a general repair mortar or overlay in unconfined areas.

  • Dispose of waste responsibly according to local regulations.
